Eng. Aita Joel Jaffer, the chairman of Arua Hill Soccer Club expresses interest to buy Chelsea Football Club from its Russian tycoon Roman Abramovich.
He hopes, upon successful acquisition, rename it Kongolo FC, meaning strong in Lugbara language.
Aita becomes the second Ugandan to express an interest after Michael Ezra expressed interest to acquire Leeds United in the English Premier League.
