Born on 12-February-1988 at Odonga west village, Odonga parish, Aliba sub-county in the current Obongi District, Hon Maneno got elected as Woman MP of the District on National Resistance Movement (NRM) Party ticket on thursday 14-1-2021 after garnering 3,868 votes, followed by Joyo Harriet (Independent) garnered 3,122 votes, Ataya Suraya (Independent) garnered 2,696 votes, Edea Joyce Kupajo (FDC) garnered 2,173 votes and lastly Ayike Rehema Bale (Independent) garnered 776 votes. Hon Maneno Zumura who was sworn on 19-5-2021 has registered several other noticeable achievements in Obongi District besides
