Police Arrests Errant Driver Who Attempted to Crash a Traffic Police Officer for Stopping Him.

Police at CPS Kampala have arrested the driver of a motor vehicle, registration number UAZ 515C  who made a deliberate attempt to run over a traffic officer on Kampala Road.  The incident was captured in a video circulating on social, wherein our officer was attempting to stop the vehicle, but instead of complying with the directives, the driver chose to endanger the life of the police officer. The driver, identified as Mukwaya Issac, attempted to deceive the authorities by pretending to be sick when brought in for interrogation. However, upon examination, it was determined that he was in normal health and had intentionally inserted the cannula into his hand.  Consequently, Mukwaya was arrested and is being detained at CPS Kampala. Businessman Becomes a Fugitive for Publicly Parading His Wife & Another Man Necked Over Adultery.

A 30-year-old man who was captured on a video parading his wife and a ‘lover’ over alleged adultery is on the run. The incident happened in Budadiri Town Council, Sironko District last week. The suspect reportedly got the duo in a lodge after a tip-off from colleagues. After stripping them, he paraded both ‘lovers’ in public and made them to march while holding each other’s hands.                                                          In the viral video, the ‘lovers’ are seen in the middle of a crowd trying to hide their faces as locals cheer on. The Elgon regional police spokesperson, Mr Rogers Taitika, said police detectives have preferred charges of aggravated torture, aggravated robbery, and insulting the modesty of a woman against the suspect.
