Mr, Justus Aduma a director and technical program manager explaining set activities of PHASE in Maracha district. PHASE COMMUNITY FIRST, an organisation established way back 2014 in the horn of Africa, Somalia  and overtime expanded  operation to other countries like Kenya, Ethiopia and now Uganda with first pilot program in maracha district.  The project was initially designed to help moselim community but with continued advocacy of leaders for inclusion of all the needy, the organization deemed it necessary to offer services regardless of the religious affiliations.  The organization has set off her activities in maracha distri
