SHOULD YOU PAY SOMEONE FOR DOING WHAT THEY ARE ALREADY PAID TO DO?

Afande Zaake was tasked with patrolling a certain village in Nansana. During the night Mama Kaduuka went to report that there was someone breaking into her shop. Afande Zaake refused to move out into the rain since he did not want to get flu. Mama Kaduuka pleaded and promised him a reward for saving her shop. Immediately, Zaake got up and came with a patrol that arrested the robbers. He also presented his bill to Mama Kaduuka for fuel used and time spend amounting to UGX. 250,000 and he has promised to sue or arrest her if she does not pay up before Friday. Was there a contract?  WHAT DOES THE LAW SAY?  In law, if you promise someone a reward and they act on this and do something for you, then there is a contract. It means that you offered payment for something and by accepting your offered payment there is a contract between the two of you.  SHOULD A PERSON DOING THEIR JOB BE PAID BY SOMEONE ELSE?  No, a person already doing what is required of them by law cannot sue to be paid more t

Chinese Hackers Carry Cyberattack on Parliament of Norway.

Norwegian Foreign Minister Ine Eriksen Soreide informed that the ministry has summoned the Chinese Ambassador about alleged China's IT attack on the Norwegian Parliament. On 10 March, the Storting (Norwegian Parliament) disclosed that its email systems had been compromised. The breach exploited security vulnerabilities in the Microsoft Exchange software, a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said. "All cyber operations leave different forms of traces, and then it is, among other things, our security services that make assessments of that and compile that information. And on the basis of this information, the government has made an assessment that the attack originated from China," the statement said citing Norwegian Foreign Minister Ine Eriksen Soreide. "This was a very serious incident affecting our most important democratic institution. We expect China to take this issue seriously, and to ensure that such incidents are not repeated," Soreide added.

Here Is What I Wrote on 30-5-2018 After Ms Kevin Decided to Betray Mungufeni Bob aka Raga Pyton Despite the Injustice He Suffered Because He Loves Ms Kevin as His Wife.

https://osutayusuf.blogspot.com/2018/05/my-response-to-immortal-lady-so-called.html MY RESPONSE TO THE IMMORTAL LADY SO CALLED #KEVIN, REGARDING HER MOCKING OF RAGA PYTON. NB: Blocking or Unfriending will happen after this. Well, my dear Kevin i bet you are in a good and joyous mood per now. This is my intrigue to you concerning your recent statements about the saga betwixt you and your ex-husband Raga Pyton. In your publicly interviewed submissions, you claim that Raga Pyton was not your husband!!! You said, he was just your boy lover. According to my little knowledge about Law, what you said might be fact, if legally considered but must not outlaw our tradition which in fact intercepted you as being a wife to Raga Pyton. In our Lugbara tradition, which you are a subject to, describes that, any adult male or female who befell in Love together and at last agreed to marry by staying and sleeping together in the same house are called married couples, even if no dowries haven\"t be

Section of Members of Parliament from Westnile Region Have Dismissed the Backlash on Social Media as Baseless and Fuelled by Selfish Interests after Few of their Fellow MPs Staged a Press Conference Without Notifying Majority of the Members.

CLARITY. I would wish to address a few clarifications over a concern which is trending on Social Media, specifically in WhatsApp groups of Westnile region, about a purported Press Conference for the MPs from Westnile region. In the circulating rumour, it is alleged that a Press Conference was summoned by Hon Atima Jackson MP for Central Division Arua City, to discuss the intrigues concerning the recent appointments of Permanent Secretaries, which show the entire region of Westnile been sidelined with no single individual from Westnile appointed in any of those positions of #PS. Where as, i Hon Driwaru Jennifer with the likes of Hon Moriku Kaducu of Moyo District, plus many of our fellow MPs were not formally informed neither briefed nor called on phone to communicate the date and time for the said Press Conference for Westnile Parliamentary caucus, i render them as baseless concoctions by selfish interests from uninformed points of view to blackmail and portray us as people of disunity

Thousands defied virus restrictions and scorching heat – more than 50C (122F) in some regions – to demonstrate in the capital Tunis and other cities. The mostly young crowds chanted slogans calling for the dissolution of Parliament and early elections. Later on Sunday, Tunisia’s President Kais Saied suspended Parliament and dismissed Prime Minister Hichem Mechichi. Saied said he would assume executive authority with the assistance of a new prime minister. According to information provided to Nile Post, the beneficiaries of the double payment are subscribed to Airtel Mobile Network. “Yes, there was a human error in the bank where I think there was double-clicking and people up to around 6000 who are using airtel got the double payment,” Baryomunsi. He claimed that there was immediate detection and the bank recovered the money. “It was detected as soon as happened and the extra money recovered. It is like when you are sending someone mobile money, you think the money has not gone and you send again,” he added. Nile Post got in contact with one of the beneficiaries of the do

Forensic Methodology Report: How to catch NSO Group’s Pegasus Spyware.

Introduction NSO Group claims that its Pegasus spyware is only used to  “investigate terrorism and crime”   and  “leaves no traces whatsoever” . This Forensic Methodology Report shows that neither of these statements are true. This report accompanies the release of the Pegasus Project, a collaborative investigation that involves more than 80 journalists from 17 media organizations in 10 countries coordinated by Forbidden Stories with technical support of Amnesty International’s Security Lab. [1] Amnesty International’s Security Lab has performed in-depth forensic analysis of numerous mobile devices from human rights defenders (HRDs) and journalists around the world. This research has uncovered widespread, persistent and ongoing unlawful surveillance and human rights abuses perpetrated using NSO Group’s Pegasus spyware. As laid out in the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, NSO Group should urgently take pro-active steps to ensure that it does not cause or contribute to
