LAW MUST NOT HAVE ONE EYE.

If the same law can realize that someone has died, why can't the same law have empathy ?.

Many of the MPs are busy concentrating on who to vote on Friday 25-3-2022 as a successor to fallen Speaker Oulanyah who died on 20-3-2022 as they feign silence over this one-eyed law, article "82" in the constitution of Uganda.

Wait and see after the speakership elections are over, the Rt Hon Oulanyah buried and they resume to parliament, some of them will begin to express anger, sorrow at the plenary session as if they care yet they were only caring to fulfill their interests under the disguise of "Constitution Requires It".

Law must have two eyes and tested in its due course as in this case, that section "82" in the constitution has proved to be a bad law that doesn’t care about the feelings and emotional state of society.

It should be amended.
