Young people are among the most vulnerable groups affected by violence in armed conflicts,They must although not be regarded as victims of the massive human rights abuses they are right-bearing members of the country confronting the past and active participation ma in the process of social change aiming for a new future. It is therefore in their best interest to participate in the transitional Justice policy, devised to re-establish rule of law and civic trust in the country to which they belong.

Their participation. Is essential for sustainability and lasting societal transformation but they need to be properly informed.

UGANDA ELECTORAL COMMISSION TO ELIMINATE NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARDS (IDs) FOR 2021 GENERAL ELECTIONS.

The elimination of using National IDs (Ndagamuntu) for the 2021 elections should not have come as a surprise.
