Man Cuts the Neck of His Wife in a Domestic Quarrel.

The territorial Police at Natete are investigating the murder of Nakabazi Viola by her husband only identified as Kabanda Kenneth.

The incident happened on Friday 02.September.2022 in the Natete Kitaka zone at about 8pm.

It is alleged that the couple developed a misunderstanding which prompted Kabanda to cut the deceased.

Police were informed about the unfortunate incident and responded to the scene where the deceased’s body was found lying in a pool of blood with a deep cut on the neck.

Samples were picked from the body by the scenes of crime officers.

“We also recovered the suspected murder weapon. All exhibits will be taken for analysis. After committing the crime Kabanda run away but was apprehended 3 hours later,” said KMP deputy PRO Luke Owoyesigyire.

He is currently detained at Natete Police station on allegations of Murder. The deceased’s body was conveyed to the city mortuary in Mulago.
