Interdiction of Six Maracha District Officials Over Shoddy Work and Misuse of Government Funds.

A politician in Maracha District, name withheld for security reasons, has lured four councillors in the District to pass a motion to transfer RDC Mr Ayikobua Festus.

This emmanets from complains from the politician, saying the RDC is stepping on his technical officials in the District by supervising government projects in the District and following interdiction letter of the six district officials.

Following denials by some Officials in the District saying the letter from IGG to interdict the six district Officials is fake, finally, the CAO last week Thursday 15-9-2022 confirmed from the office of IGG, that, the letter of interdiction is genuine.

The CAO who is yet away for a seminar told RDC, when he comes, he is going to effect the interdiction letter.

The council is set to sit tomorrow 21-9-2022 to decide on the planned motion to vote and have the RDC Mr Festus Ayikobua transferred for supervision and closely following the interdiction letter.
