IS IT ADULTERY IF YOU DID NOT KNOW THE PERSON WAS MARRIED ❓.

Dee-Jay played some hits over the weekend and someone decided to personally talk about his perfomance privately. This Dee-jay couldn't say no and one thing led to another and the clothes found themselves falling to the floor. Unfortunately for Dee-Jay, the woman was married and her husband who had left the club early kicked the door in with camera men and the police who immediately arrested the 'resting' couple. He insisted that he did not know that she was married. IS IT ADULTERY IF I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT THE MARRIAGE? YES! It is the act of sleeping with a married person which is considered as adultery. However this is only relevant to marriage and not criminal law. The Ugandan Courts decided that adultery is not a criminal offence anylonger. Therefore if you did not know the person was not married, it is only the married person who would be in trouble such as risk of divorce.  If you are arrested for adultery, then someone has just committed a false arrest against you. If thi...

US citizens told to leave Russia ‘immediately’

Those in the country have been advised to prepare an escape plan that does not involve US assistance A Russian flag flies next to the US embassy building in Moscow on April 15, 2021. The United States Embassy in Russia has encouraged Americans to leave the country as soon as possible, calling on them to prepare a  “contingency plan that does not rely on U.S. government assistance.” In a security alert on Sunday, diplomats  noted  that  “an increasing number of airlines are canceling flights into and out of Russia, and numerous countries have closed their airspace to Russian airlines”  in response to Russia’s offensive in Ukraine. The embassy advised that, with this in mind, US citizens  “should consider departing Russia immediately via commercial options still available.”  It also reiterated that the US State Department’s current travel advisory for Russia was ‘Level 4: Do Not Travel’. The  advisory  tells Americans not to travel to Ru...

The BIG Question; What is President Vladimir Putin Planning to Achieve in His Chest of War in Ukraine ❓

As Russia’s war on Ukraine enters another day, with reports of hundreds killed in less than a week, there are rising questions about what President Vladimir Putin is trying to achieve. According to Cristian Nitoiu, lecturer in Diplomacy and International Governance at Loughborough University London, there should be no misunderstanding about Russia’s motives; Putin is concerned with nothing less than revisionist politics and great power fantasies, he told Al Jazeera. “The long-term goals of Russia following the end of the Cold War have been to recover the great power status of Soviet Union, to be seen as equal by the West and to be able to influence political developments in its smaller neighbours like Ukraine, Moldova or Kazakhstan,” he said. However, Ukraine has been incorporating itself into the Western orbit of influence, and thus going against Putin’s interests. Accordingly, placing a Russian-friendly government in Kyiv is most likely the main objective of the Kremlin’s military in...

Russia Invasion on Ukraine; President Putin Warns Russian Critical Infrastructure to Brace for Potential Cyber Attacks by Hackers.

The Russian government on Thursday warned of cyber attacks aimed at domestic critical infrastructure operators, as the country's full-blown invasion of Ukraine continues. In addition to cautioning of the "threat of an increase in the intensity of computer attacks," Russia's National Computer Incident Response and Coordination Center said that the "attacks can be aimed at disrupting the functioning of important information resources and services, causing reputational damage, including for political purposes." "Any failure in the operation of [critical information infrastructure] objects due to a reason that is not reliably established, first of all, should be considered as the result of a computer attack," the agency added. Furthermore, it notified of possible influence operations undertaken to "form a negative image of the Russian Federation in the eyes of the world community," echoing a similar alert released by the U.S. Cybersecurity an...

European Union to Ban RT, Sputnik and Other Russian Online News Publication Sites Over Toxic Disinformation to Justify Vladimir Putin’s Invasion of Ukraine.

European Commission president announces bloc-wide ban on Russian media outlets European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced on Sunday that the EU will ban the Russian media outlets RT and Sputnik accusing them of spreading “harmful disinformation.” She did not specify whether this ban will apply solely to television broadcasts, or whether RT and Sputnik’s websites will be affected. In what she called an “unprecedented” step, von der Leyen announced that “we will ban in the European Union the Kremlin’s media machine.” “The state owned Russia Today and Sputnik, as well as their subsidiaries, will no longer be able to spread their lies to justify Putin’s war and to sow division in our union,” she continued. “We are developing tools to ban toxic and harmful disinformation in Europe.” Von der Leyen’s move comes a day after the Association of European Journalists called on the EU to implement a bloc-wide ban on RT, and have its journalists “removed.” It also comes several day...

The Chinese embassy in Russia on Saturday reposted an image originally shared by China’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lijian Zhao earlier this week showcasing the United States’  “Democracy World Tour.”  Listing many of the incidents where the US had either bombed or invaded other countries since the end of the Second World War, the image noted that these nations represented  “roughly one-third of the people on earth.” “Never forget...

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson visits Royal Air Force Brize Norton station to meet military personnel and thank them for their work getting military support to Ukraine and NATO, at RAF Brize Norton, Britain.

Feb. 26, 2022.  👉The U.S. and its allies on Saturday attempted to slam the brakes on Russia’s economy and banking systems by expelling selected Russian banks from the global bank-to-bank payment system known as SWIFT, the next step in a series of increasing sanctions punishing President Vladimir Putin for his unprovoked invasion of Ukraine.  “Putin's government is getting kicked off the international financial system,” a senior Biden administration official told reporters on Saturday. “To be clear, this is a sad outcome for the people of Ukraine, the people of Russia and many others. This is not where we want it to be. But this is Putin's war of choice, and only Putin can decide how much more cost he is willing to bear—the United States and our allies and partners are unified and will continue to impose costs.”  The decision to remove the Russian institutions from SWIFT was announced in concert with the European Commission, Britain, Canada, France, Germany and Italy. YouTube Blocks RT and other Russian state-funded media channels.

YouTube is joining Meta in banning state-funded Russian media organizations from running ads or profiting on its platform.  The company suspended RT and several other Russian accounts on Saturday, a YouTube spokesperson confirmed to Insider. The removal comes in response to Russian President Vladimir Putin authorizing a full-scale attack on Ukraine on Thursday, involving launching airstrikes across the country and pushing forces into the country's capital of Kyiv. The spokesperson said the company is also in the process of removing thousands of videos that violate YouTube's policies against deceptive practices.  "In light of extraordinary circumstances in Ukraine, we're taking a number of actions," the spokesperson said. "We're pausing a number of channels' ability to monetize on YouTube, including several Russian channels affiliated with recent sanctions. We will be significantly limiting recommendations to these channels. And in response to a gove...

Russia-Ukraine War: Phishing, Malware and Hackers Groups Taking Sides.

Ukraine's Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-UA) has warned of Belarusian state-sponsored hackers targeting its military personnel and related individuals as part of a phishing campaign mounted amidst Russia's military invasion of the country. "Mass phishing emails have recently been observed targeting private 'i.ua' and 'meta.ua' accounts of Ukrainian military personnel and related individuals," the CERT-UA said. "After the account is compromised, the attackers, by the IMAP protocol, get access to all the messages." Subsequently, the attacks leverage the contact information stored in the victim's address book to propagate the phishing messages to other targets. The Ukrainian government attributed the activities to a threat actor tracked as UNC1151, a Minsk-based group whose "members are officers of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus." In a follow-up update, the agency said the nation-state group also targe...

The new measures proposed by the leaders of European Commission, 🇺🇸, 🇫🇷, 🇩🇪, 🇮🇹, 🇨🇦 & 🇬🇧 for a stronger response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine are hard-hitting and important. Putin must face severe consequences.  New measures include exclusion from SWIFT, restriction of Russian Central Bank from deploying international reserves, ending the sale of citizenship, freezing assets of sanctioned 🇷🇺 officials & their enablers, fighting disinformation & hybrid war. Nothing should be off the table. The European Parliament’s extraordinary plenary session on Tuesday will put forward a strong resolution in support of Ukraine 🇺🇦 . As co-legislators, we will do our part to ensure that the implementing measures will be adopted swiftly.  #standwithukriane Source; European President’s Facebook Page.

Vladimir Putin; Russia Has $630 Billion To Waive Financial Sanctions.

After months of seemingly endless preparations, Biden’s and the West’s worst fears finally came true on Thursday after Russian forces launched their long-feared attack on Ukraine. Brushing off international condemnation and the first tranche of sanctions from the U.S. and its allies, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared the beginning of a “special military operation” aimed at the “demilitarization” of Ukraine. Russian forces have reportedly fired missiles at military control centers in Kyiv, with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba saying via Twitter on Thursday that Putin had “launched a full-scale invasion,” of the country. Some commentators are drawing parallels between Russian aggression against Ukraine to Hitler’s invasion of Poland in August 1939 in what is shaping up to be Europe’s biggest crisis since WWII. Russia’s invasion of Ukraine represents one of the continent’s worst security crises in decades and is expected to have far-reaching implications for the global ec...

President Volodymyr Zelensky; Ukraine at the Moment Needs Military Support but Not Financial Sanctions.

!!OUR FRIENDS IN EUROPE, THIS IS NOT TOO MUCH!! ❤️ I appreciate the economic sanctions announced by Western democracy, but it's not enough. When Putin kills innocent civilians and bombs Ukrainian cities, he declares war on the democratic world, and therefore the whole world must help us protect Ukraine and ourselves. Such a messege I conveyed to all the international friends of Ukraine, with whom I talked over the past few hours. I hope the EU, USA and the entire democratic world will realize that Ukraine is the first line of protection against a crazy dictator! The Ukrainian army fights against the zagarbnik and will fight until the liberation of the native country. Ukraine needs military support, not just economic sanctions! I urge all Ukrainians to stay zgurtovami! We are strong and we will win! Long live Ukraine! Glory to Ukraine! #згуртовані  #StopRussianAggression  #RussiaInvadedUkraine #UkraineUnderAttack Source; President Volodymyr Zelensky Facebook Page.

The human rights organization said 660 of the detentions were in Moscow.  The group said arrests were also made in St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg and other cities.  During a televised address, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced what he called a “special” military operation in eastern Ukraine in response to what he termed Ukrainian threats. Here is How Google Maps, Apple Maps, Computers and Smartphones are at the Forefront of Modern Wars.

We've gone beyond "the revolution will be televised," and are in a reality where the the latest European war is live-streamed not just through social media, but on online mapping services without Google or Apple intending it. The sheer volume of mapping data now available at our fingertips means it was possible for civilians half a world away to see when Russian forces began moving. Specifically, that data pinpointed a traffic jam starting on the Russian side of the border, actively moving into Ukraine in the first few minutes of the Russian and Ukraine conflict. Just as with any cartography, this information required interpreting. Google Maps did not specifically say that it was troop movements, nor was its satellite imagery up to the minute. During the process of researching this story, we've confirmed that Apple Maps presented similar inbound troop movement information — but it wasn't setting out to do that either. What these services did, though, was register ...

📷: Ukrainian soldiers take position inside capital city Kyiv, Ukraine, Friday, Feb. 25, 2022.   👉Ukrainian and Russian forces fought on the outskirts of Kyiv on Friday, the second day of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, as diplomatic efforts to quell the violence continued and Western nations moved to shore up allied defenses.  Explosions were heard over the Ukrainian capital early Friday, and The New York Times reported it had “verified” video of the blasts showing “fiery debris” falling on Kyiv. The Times also said the video “appeared to show at least two surface-to-air missiles being fired near Kyiv before the explosion.” In a Tweet, the Times also said Ukraine’s Defense Ministry urged people in the capital to stay indoors and “prepare Molotov cocktails.”  Additionally, sirens were heard in the western Ukrainian city of Lviv, not far from the Polish border, where many foreign embassies had temporarily relocated.  Ukraine’s Office of the President said it is r...
