MR ANDUA MARTIN; THE DEVILISH ELECTORAL COMMISSION.

Uganda has gone to the dogs. The Electoral Commission denominated me 2021 elections when it ruled against me for not changing my name using a Deed Poll. In the the case of Ojok Andrew Oulanyah, the EC cleared him and ruled that he didn't require a Deed Poll since he was not changing his name as it appears in the National register. That though his name on the academic documents are different ( Ojok Andrew O), his name in the national ID/ national register was the same he used for nomination. The EC therefore ruled that since Ojok Andrew Oulanyah was not changing the name in the national register, he only needed to cure the variation with a statutory declaration which he did in 2016.

The facts of the case of Ojok Andrew Oulanyah are identical to my case. I used the name Andua E. Drani and Andua Drani on my academic documents and in the national register and for nomination, I used the name Andua Martin Drani. Like Ojok Andrew Oulanyah, I cured the variation by the use of a statutory declaration in 2006. When I presented the statutory declaration,the EC argued that prior to the Registration of Persons Act of 2015, the obtaining law requiring the use of a Deep poll was the Registration of Births and Deaths of 1953.

And Uganda has men and women presiding over our electoral management who are so evil, malicious and biased. My prayer is that these evil citizens will one day face justice.

UGANDA ELECTORAL COMMISSION TO ELIMINATE NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARDS (IDs) FOR 2021 GENERAL ELECTIONS.

The elimination of using National IDs (Ndagamuntu) for the 2021 elections should not have come as a surprise. One would be very NAIVE to think that Bobi Wine has not prepared for this in his Business Plan under the RISK section. It is public knowledge that our EC is not independent. It is also public knowledge that Military Dictator Yoweri Museveni will never lose an election. What stunned us this morning is when we noticed that on social media, people were mocking Bobi with his "get your Ndagamuntu". We are on record for saying to all Our readers that the National ID is like Apartheid in South Africa. Students of History would know how those IDs were being used to arrest people, deny them jobs, deny them basic services. Consequently, Bobi was not wrong and will never be wrong on the Ndagamuntu. Parliament Urges Government to Provide Shs 4 Billion to Media Houses to Run Awareness Campaign on Tourism in Uganda.
