This morning, some Guys were in fracus as i was limping.

One of the Guys was narrating, how often obsessing it was when time of payment in their Company arises, the Boss freaks hell.

His other Three colleagues, Two working in the same Company and One of them Working for an Individual Person, was awkwardly entailing about the not picking of Telephone Calls and the Mood their Bosses would exhibit, giving them (Employees) double Heart pain over some of their Personal problems that needed Money to solve it.

At some point, the Guys were provoked to say that, the regrettable behaviors of their Bosses, were Lessons deeply exposing for them what type of Boss and who they are Working for.

They continued reiterating that, there are some occasions in which, the Boss pays them in Installments and in other cases, the Boss even feels “after all, you Guys don't deserve money in right time”.

I interjected to ask, where and what is that Company they have been Working for.

They said, the main Brunch of the Company is based in Kampala and the Company hires People to work majorly on the merits of TALENTS and SKILLS.

Meaning, how Talented and how Skilled you are in that type of Job, will automatically earn you a vacancy to Work.

But the Guys intrigued that, since they are the most TALENTED and the most SKILLED in that Field and Work, it will cause a Grave Loss for the Company if they decide to Quit working with the Company because of unfavorable working conditions including; Delayed Pays, Salary Payment in Installments, Unfair Treatments and among other Unprofessional Conducts in the Line of Duty.

Parliament Urges Government to Provide Shs 4 Billion to Media Houses to Run Awareness Campaign on Tourism in Uganda.

Parliament also urged Gov’t to provide additional Shs4Bn to UTB to engage international and national media houses in production of positive media stories for improved destination image, following reports of drop in number of tourists from US, Europe and China visiting Uganda. UPDF has Rehabilitated Boreholes and Shallow Wells in Maracha District Ahead of 45th Tarehe Sita.
