JAJAMIN NETWORK's MESSAGE TO THE GOVERNMENT....

I am Kombozi Ismail the current president of Jajamin Network located in Tanganyika Arua Central division Arua City.

It is now 3yrs since we inclusively transformed into a legitimate group registered as a CBO certified by the Arua city authorities.

But however since that transformation we are never recognised as local development partners to participate in Government development programes that could benefit the young people in the once black spots in this city.

So therefore i as the president of this group, we have decided not to be always taken up by government programes that fails to consider youth issues important, so we will instead choose a "survival for the fittest" strategy as a means we think is good for us to earn a living no matter it's impact on the community in the short run.

Parliament Urges Government to Provide Shs 4 Billion to Media Houses to Run Awareness Campaign on Tourism in Uganda.

Parliament also urged Gov’t to provide additional Shs4Bn to UTB to engage international and national media houses in production of positive media stories for improved destination image, following reports of drop in number of tourists from US, Europe and China visiting Uganda.
