UK Parliament to Host Ugandan MPs.

UK 🇬🇧 Parliament will on February 1, 2023, host a delegation of Members of Parliament from Uganda 🇺🇬 Parliamentary forum on Malaria.

The MPs include; Hon Ayume Charles, Hon Dr Batuwa Timothy Lusala, Hon Rose Obigah, Hon Fred Opolot, Hon Mutiwa Geofrey Eric, Hon Ebwalu Jonathan, Hon Akamba Paul and Hon Taaka Agnes.

This will be a malaria focused discussion with reflections from the recent WHO World Malaria Report 2022, and the role of Parliamentarians to effectively mobilise resources, to achieve the funding and policy commitments of SDG3 - raising the profile of malaria at global level.

This is a pre-activity for World Malaria Month 2023. ‘UPFM for a malaria free Uganda'.
