Message from US President Joe Biden to Congolese President Félix Tshisekedi.

The President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, sent a message of congratulations to his Congolese counterpart on the occasion of the 61st anniversary of the independence of the DRC, on June 30. He particularly welcomed the reforms undertaken by Félix Tshisekedi since his accession to power.

"We welcome your commitment and the commitment of the new government to implement reforms that reflect the will and needs of the Congolese people," writes Joseph R. Biden, reaffirming his commitment to the Private Partnership for Peace and Peace. prosperity between the United States and the DRC.

According to him, “the reintegration of the DRC into the benefits of the African Growth and Economic Opportunities Act is an important achievement, which supports your efforts for the creation of economic opportunities as we work together to increase business activities and investments ".
