Garbage in the Center of Arua City Under the Watch of City Mayor Wadri Sam Nyakua and Division Mayor Muzaid.

This photo taken on Duka road near the newly constructed Arua main Market and Gaga (Tongilo)  market near entrance to Hocker shows how dirty the center of the City continues to be littered 🚮 with rubbish despite of repeated emphasis on cleansing Arua by the politicians during their campaigns.

Every year, City Council authority bids Street parking, Garbage collection, market dues collection tender to private partners (individuals).

However, it matters very little in this situation to hold and blame these private partners for the mess in our city because the Authority in Supervision,  which in this case is headed my the two Mayors (Hon Nyakua and Hon Muzaid) are sleeping on their jobs.
