The section of these politicians including a Hon MP, Mr Meya and the team must know their intentions are unrealizable and destined to fail catastrophically.
Like the proverb says, “The violent takes it by force” , these people know they can’t win a war they have waged against the truth (legality) that is why they have resorted to crude ways of mobilizing innocent youths to go protest with placards bearing defamatory messages tagging Gen Salim Saleh and Hon Oguzu Lee Denis as land grabbers.
Why can’t they go to court if they feel aggrieved instead of hiding under ethnicity ploys, burying the truth under the carpet and standing on the fictitious!
They have fully exposed their ugly credentials of tribalism and greed.
As chaos is one of their ways of pushing their selfish interests, they have become bitter and intimidating a section of Writers (Bloggers) who are defending the legitimacy in Barifa forest ecotourism project.
Why would they not turn furious with the Bloggers upto the extend of threatening to sue them in the courts of law when their only strategy is violence violence and violence.
Everything we write hurts them deep into the bones and that is the only reason they are threatening to take us to court.
But must they dare to take to court any of us the writers defending the Barifa Forest ecotourism project, i foresee bloodshed in WestNile region because no one is an island! Everyone has their own people (onzini rii onzini).
In my view, i suggest the funders (leaders) of these shallow minded protests to ceasefire with their mentally compromised demonstrators.
That would be the only way for the section of Bloggers (Writers) to normalize.
We are a group of few skilled writers who can write beyond the heights of what they think.
Happy New Year 2022.
