Analysis into the Infightings and Unfair Sacking of Journalists Working with Radio Pacis in Arua By Kawawa Michael.

RADIO PACIS SAGA PART ONE:

Your patience is required coz it's a long story and I have been waiting for the weekend to bring it 🙏.

This is a community based Radio station every body in this country knows,it has won some international awards at international levels ,

These awards came beacuse of the dedicated, hardworking,over qualified staff the management had recruited,

I do remember some of the staff sam anecho, Vincent (Bouncer)

Otelul Veggas Adams ,we had Hafiz Bakhit,Baby Francis now with Arua one fm ,we had Aanguparu Gladys,

We had Driliga Abakar holoholo,Deboru Christine,Tort Wallace Anyafura Seller ,and many more others I have not mention but who were all qualified staff and left or resigned ,but we kept quiet especially me ,

For me ,I don't follow these radio stations,I follow some particular presenter's, and their programs ,

I make sure even if I'm in a car ,I tune to that particular radio station for eg 

Voice of life ,had a news anchor called Driliga Jonathan,

The young man could make me glued to the radio when his in the studio,his calm voice ,his confidence in his work ,just like Henry lematia and Hafiz Bakhit ,

When Driliga Jonathan left voice of life ,I religated the radio to my father for his Christian songs ,

Just like when Sam anecho left Radio pacis,I used to glue to that station for sports news ,but immediately otelul came in ,most of the sports news listeners are otelul fans,

Just like my wife ,when Victoria Peace  and jm Kennedy are in the studio of Arua one fm,

My wife will get out with the radio,she will be laughing all the Time until they are out ,

She doesn't sleep when uncle nyax and God's-Son Nelly Jr.  Of radio pacis Are still in the studios ,

Now if somebody comes and sacks these even qualified staff loved by the community , that makes some of us clued to this radio stations ,we become concerned ,we ask questions ,

One time Victoria peace of Arua one fm disappeared for two weeks and her lugbarati news was missing,my wife and the team were asking what could be the problem,could she be sick ?or sacked already,

Meaning they like and enjoy the way she broadcast the news ,

This radio pacis,has been loosing it's senior staff daily,I was wondering what could be the problem ,

The whole qualified news room staff  all sacked,,

All of a sudden ,the radio station become a military barracks where staff are ordered  just without listening to them ,

When one of the best ever English news anchors uganda has a lady by the names Sharon Angucia  left ,

I was shocked,you can't real loose such a person who loves her work and you know that by the way she broadcast the news ,

It's our duty as  the community that  benefits from this station by placing our announcements, listening to Educative programse from the qualified staff ,your not going to listen to a presenter who bores when presenting a program,

For eg sack Uncle nyax and Nelly jr Godson from in the mood program and Radio pacis ,pipo will follow the radio station they will join,

I tried to investigate what is taking place currently in that station  and I have realized that ,

To me Bishop Ocan sabino odoki is the problem ,,

Very confused military Bishop who has to me messed the diocese since Bishop Drandua died (RIP)😭😭

He has some selected corrupt priests who dine with him ,

Durring late Dranduas time ,all the priests were treated the same , priests don't fight,

In 2017 , Bishop Ocan sabino odoki appointed fr Charles Idraku who was formerly the parish priest Regem parish as the assistant communications secretary arua diocese and he was also asked to serve as assistant Director of radio pacis 90.9,94.5,and 101.4fms,

Now this was now  the beginning of the problems,.

Father Tonino retired in 2020,and this fr Charles Idraku becomes the director Radio pacis,.see what happens in the part 2🙏🙏🙏
