Some Mafias in State House Fighting the Reappointment of Eric Sakwa as RDC.

Following a 10-Nov-2022 mini reshuffle of RDCs by President Museveni through office of the President, former interdicted Jinja RDC Mr Eric Sakwa who was impeached from office over some cases, has been reappointed and posted as the RDC for Kaliro District.

Two days after his reappointment, when this online publication team tried to get in touch with him over it, he said, has not gotten any call or further communication regarding his reappointment, and to him, it's a sign that, the same Mafias in State House who have been fighting him are trying everything possible they can, to make sure his reappointment is frustrated.

Fearless Sakwa said, these Mafias have gone to Jinja court to backdate a letter dated 24-10-2022 a copy of which this online publication team has obtained, to put an appeal on his case yet court had given ten days for the complaints to file their defence but they failed.

How can you file a defence and even appeal after the 10 days court granted for you for defence have elapsed, Mr Sakwa wondered.
