ADOMATI DICKSON, THE DEPUTY RCC ARUA CITY HANDS OVER OFFICE.

The Deputy RCC Arua city, Mr. Adomati Dickson has today, 1st April, 2022 handed over office to his long time friends Mr. Achile Twaib and Mr. Isma Masaba Suleiman, the two newly appointed Deputy RCCs of Arua City. Mr. Adomati handed over office at about 4:30p.m. in the office of the RCC, Arua city, M/s Alice Akello Opio.

This comes after a reshuffle of RDCs, RCCs and their Deputies in which division offices were created for all the strategic and regional cities in a bid to fulfill vision 2040 as a gesture to develop the country.

Achile Twaib is the Deputy RCC Central division meanwhile Masaba Isma Suleiman is the Deputy RCC Ayivu division Arua city.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, the RCC Arua City, M/s Alice Akello thanked God for the day and stressed that God had a purpose for the handover. She wished Adomati well in his future endeavours.

Adomati who was very composed and  dressed in a black suit said he was waiting for communication from the Senior Human Resource Officer, Office of the President, the RCC Arua city and the new Deputy RCCs since he needed to hand over in accordance with Uganda Public Service Standing Orders 2021 that governs public servants, hence the delay. Adomati Dickson thanked madam RCC Alice Akello Opio for the stewardship.

Dickson time and again thanked President Yoweri Kaguta Yoweri Museveni for having given him the opportunity to serve the people of Uganda and that should he still find him worth deploying, he would be ready and willing to serve in any part of Uganda.

Adomati was the first Deputy RCC of Arua city and he will be missed for his tough stand on corruption, regular monitoring of government programmes like EMYOOGA, Urban cash, the electricity sub-station in Muni, WENRECO, Electrimaxx etc.

Adomati served as Deputy RCC for nine months. Two under his former boss Mr. Martin Orochi and seven months under M/s Alice Akello Opio.

The former Deputy RCC wished his colleagues well in their new assignment.

We Bring You Brief Series of Sanctions Against Uganda Government Officials.

📸: Gen Abel Kandiho. On 9-December-2021, USA slapped sanctions against the then CMI Commander Gen Abel Kandiho. 📸: Gen Kale Kayihura. On 9-December-2022, UK slapped sanctions against former Police Boss Gen Kale Kayihura. 📸: Commissioner General of Prisons, Johnson Byabashaija. We ask, has USA and UK made December as an LCM to slap sanctions against high ranking government officials in Uganda even when the sanctions just remain on paper without deeper investigations to ascertain logical conclusions or remedy to that effect ?. #iip_updates  #Information_is_Power  #we_inform_the_uninformed

UGANDA ELECTORAL COMMISSION TO ELIMINATE NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARDS (IDs) FOR 2021 GENERAL ELECTIONS.

The elimination of using National IDs (Ndagamuntu) for the 2021 elections should not have come as a surprise. One would be very NAIVE to think that Bobi Wine has not prepared for this in his Business Plan under the RISK section. It is public knowledge that our EC is not independent.  It is also public knowledge that Military Dictator Yoweri Museveni will never lose an election. What stunned us this morning is when we noticed that on social media, people were mocking Bobi with his "get your Ndagamuntu".  We are on record for saying to all Our readers that the National ID is like Apartheid in South Africa. Students of History would know how those IDs were being used to arrest people, deny them jobs, deny them basic services. Consequently, Bobi was not wrong and will never be wrong on the Ndagamuntu. Except the ones attacking him and mocking him forget that in Uganda, now, no National ID (Ndagamuntu), no service.  If you have not been denied registering your child i...
