THE KEEN OBSERVATIONS, IF NOT EVALUATIONS TO SCRUTNISE FOR PROMOTIONS OR FOR HIGHER POSITIONS IN UGANDA GOVERNMENT.

On this day of the Year 2020, am seeking to publicly pen a few insight observations entirely about the State Minister for Investment and Privatisation, Hon Anite Evelyn, who also doubles as the Koboko Municipality MP, the Officials of Ministry of Health (MoH), the Fraternity of Security Forces (Soldiers and Police), some MPs from WestNile Region (Hon Driwaru Zaitun, Hon Ayaka Rose and few other female / male MPs) and Leaders of different Capacities, who have indirectly been contributing in different ways, as they deeply stand with their Electorates (Constituents) prior to crisis situations.

Am solely writing this, letting aside and reserving credit to few of Our Hardworking Ugandan Ministers and some MPs particularly from WestNile Region (i have mentioned above here) and in some parts of Uganda at the moment of Global Crisis that has gravely impacted on Uganda too.
I have no idea on how some of you estimate and rate some of the Leaders and Departments i have mentioned above here and particularly for their deligent efforts of wholeheartedly rendering unequalled work for our country Uganda, but allow me to articulate on some of it.

I treasure here about Minister Evelyn Anite, this young Lady, MP for Koboko Municipality, who has gratefully served Uganda Government and the People of Uganda, beyond her Individual capacity.
For systematic justification, i enthrole from her recent and continous efforts of lobbying financially and materially for the Government of Uganda in the fight against Coronavirus pandemic in the Country.
Not to mention the Relief Items Hon Evelyn Anite donated from her own personal resources, to our people of Koboko Municipality, perhaps, most of you may now be aware of the Materials and Financial resources worth over 300,000,000 Shillings ($100,000) she mobilised for Government, towards the efforts of combating Coronavirus pandemic related crisis in Uganda.
Per a brief statistics, Uganda has more than 30 Cabinet Ministers and more than 50 State Ministers.
View and Contrast what Hon Anite has done, as a State Minister, then compare it to what other Cabinet Ministers and State Ministers have done in regards to the Covid-19 Outbreak crisis on the People of Uganda (from each Constituency) which has now totally shutdown Jobs, Finance and Human Survival related activities in Uganda, in Africa and World Wide.
Mind you, i personally as Osuta Yusuf, is not in anyway undermining the roles of other Ministers and other MPs, i am only in other ways equivocating to Ugandans and the World, about what these Young female Ministers and MPs like Hon Ruth Aceng, Hon Anite, Hon Ayaka Rose and few others that have delivered and are still continuing to deliver for the Country of Uganda.
It must also be clearly noted that, i am neither praising nor endorsing them, to Ugandans and to President Museveni for possible elevations and promotions to Ministers or to Cabinet or to higher positions in Uganda Government.
Let us enshrine on Objectivity but not on Gender or Political Discrepancies or Religious or Ethnicities.
We must give birth to Independent Neutralism when it comes to giving credit where it is due, and in this regard, these few Corrupt-Free and Hard-working MPs and Ministers deserve all what it takes, whether, Appreciations, Promotions and many others granted by the grace of Almighty God.

Long Live Hon Driwaru.
Long Live WestNile MPs.
Long Live Ministry Of Health.
Long Live Uganda Security Forces.
Long Live the Government of Uganda.

The elimination of using National IDs (Ndagamuntu) for the 2021 elections should not have come as a surprise.
