NUITRITIOUS COOKING AND FINANCIAL UTILISATION METHODS DURING CRISIS, COURTESY OF CHIEF THE CHEF.

Here is how People can systematically survive through Crisis Situations, especially we the Youths, and particularly those who are still not yet married.
It should have been a surprise crisis to those who might have not gone through bitterly hard moments like this in the past and they may start treating this as a Learning Lesson in many ways including how to spend Food, Money and other resources economically, mindfully of tomorrow.
For some People who have gone through dire dilemma situations like me (us), we may never bother to cry foul amidst crisis Challenges in Life, unless otherwise.
This is a practical demonstration of how we can survive through hard Experiences of Life.
Whether Financial Savings or Food Security, it does not matter much on which Savings Utilisation strategy is chosen, but what is more crucial is how it is minimised carefully to meet the standards of Nutritious meals, at the same time saving Money or saving Food for the future.

Just today, as a Single Boy but mostly feeds together with Two People (and in some occasions, feeds together with Three People), went with only 4500 Shs to Arua Abbattoir to purchase food items for the day!
Some of those Butchers at the Abbattoire sold for me (us) Goat's meat (pieces of intestines, Lungs, bladders, etc) for 3000 Shs, bought Tomato (One Piece) for 300 Shs, Onion (One Piece) for 200 Shs, Cassava Floor (Half Kg) for 500 Shs and Charcoal for 500 Shs, having Cooking Oil and other few items in the House, just fried these delicacies with the mixed spices making a Complete Food (See Photo), for Lunch and Supper Feeding.

Negative and Earthly-Heartless People may say this is living a Poor Life, meanwhile the other Sympathetic Positive World People will say, at least this is somehow living decent feeding.
But your Opinions uttered on this experimental may not vastly matter in any essence, to the view of writing this article.
By virtue, this would streamline deficit expenses to rendering confidentiality for Singles or for Couples or for Groups of People at Convenience regardless of Income levels, though on factualism, there are some People who recklessly or knowingly spend over Hundreds or Thousands or Millions of Money in a Day, shamefully with rigid selfish interets best known to themselves in anyway, they would not mind to rescue Individuals or some Vulnerable Groups of People who may be in need of Help.
Suggestions to emulate such may be impacting, justifiably on the interest of the consumer of this phrase.

Thanks.

UGANDA ELECTORAL COMMISSION TO ELIMINATE NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARDS (IDs) FOR 2021 GENERAL ELECTIONS.

The elimination of using National IDs (Ndagamuntu) for the 2021 elections should not have come as a surprise. One would be very NAIVE to think that Bobi Wine has not prepared for this in his Business Plan under the RISK section. It is public knowledge that our EC is not independent.  It is also public knowledge that Military Dictator Yoweri Museveni will never lose an election. What stunned us this morning is when we noticed that on social media, people were mocking Bobi with his "get your Ndagamuntu".  We are on record for saying to all Our readers that the National ID is like Apartheid in South Africa. Students of History would know how those IDs were being used to arrest people, deny them jobs, deny them basic services. Consequently, Bobi was not wrong and will never be wrong on the Ndagamuntu. Except the ones attacking him and mocking him forget that in Uganda, now, no National ID (Ndagamuntu), no service.  If you have not been denied registering your child i...

Parliament Urges Government to Provide Shs 4 Billion to Media Houses to Run Awareness Campaign on Tourism in Uganda.

Parliament also urged Gov’t to provide additional Shs4Bn to UTB to engage international and national media houses in production of positive media stories for improved destination image, following reports of drop in number of tourists from US, Europe and China visiting Uganda. "The National Development Plan targeted to cumulatively attract 281,760 International Tourist arrivals from US, Europe & China but only 67,252 arrivals were registered by the end of the first half of FY 2023/24. The U.S, Europe & China were key target source for leisure tourist who stay longer than business tourists. However, statistics show that international arrivals from the aforementioned areas have continue to drop. The UTB requires Shs4Bn to engage international & national media houses in production of positive tourism stories to improve destination perception in light of recent controversies that shade the destination in a bad light. However, this has remained unfunded,” said La...
