WHEN CORRUPTION FIRST BECAME AN EPIDEMIC DISEASE IN UGANDA AND AIDED THE SPREAD OF CORONAVIRUS EPIDEMIC - BY MATUA JOB RICHARD.

Fellow Compatriots, we are here in this crisis because of our refusal to reject bribery or locally called Kitu Kidogo. Our society has progressed into buyout kind of marketing Services.

- Professionalism remains on paper as greed and rushed enrichment are cherished and massively practiced.

- The GAVI fund for HIV prevention was the first modern day grave theft of Public funds directly linked to survival of already hopeless HIV patients. Since then, the stealing of billions became a normal news for us, without causing any surprise. We went to  OPM saga to pension and many others.

- The summative consequence of Corruption is the belief it generated among the educated class as the easiest way to become rich and to get things done. Schools that openly cheat examination became the most admired and followed by parents. Sometimes, the Corrupt don't mind about the negative consequences of their in human Actions. The money for a seed school got lost in Nansana Municipality and the authorities did nothing about it. It took my intervention to rescue the money. Thanks to the flamboyant Lt. Col Edith Nakalema, and PS Ministry of Finance Planning and Economic Development Mr Keith Muhakanizi, the Accountant at d General Ministry of Finance Mr Ssemakula Lawrence were helpful to me the recovery. 

- The importation of corona virus into Uganda was primarily aided by the corrupt officials from the airport, to the hotel were these people were staying.

- The Government must arrest these criminals who are alleged to have taken money to release people from quarantine and airport.

- We must never allow these criminals to proceed anymore with slaughtering our people.

EVERYONE MUST SAY NO TO CORRUPTION NOW OR NEVER.
