THE SECURITY REALISM AND WHY WE SHOULD NOT BLACKMAIL OUR SOLDIERS AND THE POLICE IN UGANDA.

Greetings fellow Citizens and the World.

I treasure this moment to screed some equivocations about a trending blackpainting against the security forces in Uganda.

Prior to Observations, these Complaigns and brewing attacks on the security forces, outrage from Presidential Orders on Quarantine (Lockdown) issued by President Museveni over the Coronavirus pandemic in Uganda, which has so far infected over One Million People and has killed over 50000 People Globally.

Depending on the View of a Life Saver, there would actually be no grudge against the Quarantine imposed by President Museveni.

The Public nutshell exists on how Security Forces should implement Direct Orders.

It is obvious to witness Citizens resisting and battling with Security Forces amidst implementation of Direct Orders in a Third-World Country, where majority of the Citizens are totally ignorant about their Laws of the Country.

Per what is circulating, some Self-centered Politicians and some Individuals in the Public, are spreading Harmful Propagandas to turnish the Government and the Security Forces (Soldiers and the Police) system, as Brutal and Heartless to the Public (Civilians).

The President gave Orders impossing Quarantine (Lockdown) in Uganda to Safeguard and prevent Ugandans from contracting the Covid-19 virus, and the only obligation of the Security is to implement such Laws and Orders in interest to protect the People.

What our Security Commanders and Security Officers encounter in regards to enforcing such Laws and Orders, is always a bold defiance by some of the arrogant People in the Public, who oftentimes intend to beat the Soldiers and the Police.

Don't you expect the Soldiers and the Police to defend themselves when they are counterattacked by some unruly People in the Public who resort to fight the Security Personnels?.

Should we then say Our Soldiers and Police are Brutal?.

Must we also accusingly judge the Soldiers and the Police, when some of their fellow Personnels are being beaten unconscious or even beaten Dead?.

Shall we defame and solely blame the Security Personnels (Soldiers and Police) just on the merits that they carry Guns?.

Of course, the Soldiers or the Police who might have been beaten or murdered are also Human Beings just like you and any other Human Being who has Life.

Are we ambiguously objecting to divert the Work of God, where by, a group of People doing some specific type of Work are subjected to no Freedom and no right to Life?.

Must you or some of you ascribe to any of these mythically disastrous theories, then you will be or we shall be on queu of legacy to reign terror and generate an another upperthide Policy, where as, those holding Guns shall view those Without Guns, as first class Enemies and the Civilians shall also be viewing those with Guns, as Enemies.

Coming to this other controversial debate about some People wearing Army Uniforms and are seen beating the Public.

It is true, a few Personnels in the Security Force have Uniforms with no Name Tags.

And what is perplexing is to dig deeper to find out if it is the Authentic Soldiers and Police Beating People or it is some Thieves or Robbers or Goons disguising in Uniforms, privileging to beat innocent People of the Public in scaring manner to steal their Properties.

With such a high level of massive unawares, relaxation, carelessness and lack of vigilance in the Community, don't you expect some unscrupulous Thugs or Robbers or Thieves taking advantage of uninformed Community Vulnerability to Law, Safety and Security matters, to swing into action of Beating, Tormenting, Harassing and Terrorising the Public at certain occasions.

In a similar situation of this kind, who amongst the Public will be able to clearly know and understand it is the Genuine Government Security Forces (Soldiers and Police) beating, harassing and terrorising the Communities or it is some unscrupulous thugs and thieves masquerading in illigal uniforms / Guns to Harass and terrorise the Communities.

If need be, i recaptulate the overweening pacification sought to some of those few Politicians and some Members of the Public, to recant whatever they rubbished on all the Security Commanders of Different Ranks both in Army and Police.
