Senior NRM Cadre and Teacher Matua Job Richard Issues Statement Over Defamation Saga Intended to Dent His Reputation.

STATEMENT ON MALICIOUS INFORMATION CIRCULATING ON SOCIAL MEDIA ALLEGEDLY WRITTEN BY ONLINE BLOGGER.

Reference is hereby made to the online publication purportedly claiming that my issue with Rt Hon Jacob Oulanyah is about money deal going bad.

This is a deliberate attempt by my Senior brother to blackmail me for the SOLE SIN OF EXPRESSING INTEREST IN THE POSITION OF VICE CHAIRPERSON CEC( CENTRAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE) OF NRM PARTY IN 2026 COMING PRIMARY ELECTIONS.

I therefore, would like to put the following facts:

1. That I Campaigned for Rt Hon Jacob Oulanyah together with other Candidates including Hon Mike Mukula, Hon Simon Aleper, Hon Nadduli, Hon Uhuru, Col Rtd Shabana Bantariza then later, Hon Byaboneka Wiberforce.

2. That Hon Mike Mukula and Rt Hon Jacob Oulanyah were my top two Candidates in that race.

3. That I discussed with both members and others about my business project of goats farming and electronic money business to be stationed in Kawempe & Arua City. Both men and others supported partially the project and gave me convincing reasons which I understood.

4. That I requested to meet the Head of State through the two men and others for reasons which involves politics in the Subregion and others.

5. That I have expressed interest in CEC VC Northern Uganda for Elections of 2026.

Having stated the above,I would like to dismiss the story circulating around as malicious, ill intentioned to blackmail me for SHOWING INTEREST IN THE POSITION OF VICE CHAIRPERSON CEC NORTHERN UGANNDA.

It cannot be true that I am targeting Rt Hon Jacob Oulanyah for money when the other people for whom I equally campaigned vehemently are not raising the same issue. This must be treated as Defamation.

It is a cowardly response by my brother Rt Jacob Oulanyah through proxies.

I request everyone to treat that news with maximum contempt/disrespect it deserves.

I will therefore, hold a press conference to clear such defamatory stories.
