HOPE OF PEOPLE; THE AGILITY IN POLITICAL CANDIDATURE OF BAGUMA SAIDY FOR MAYOR CENTRAL DIVISION ARUA CITY 2021 TO 2026.

In this episode of Lawyer Baguma Saidy's aspiration for Division Mayor 2021 to 2026,  am entrancing bit of his essence but rather  divergent in the view of some people.
The Politics at play by Mr Baguma Saidy is more of honesty, truth and diplomatic politics but some people are misunderstanding him; they simply expect him to be a violent politician, rough rumor mongering politician, this type of politician who goes on to the streets to call other fellow Politicians (Opponents) by names and regarding them as thieves, criminals!,  this politics where people become excited and energised by the noise made by the Candidate they support, forgetting to keenly investigate leadership codes of conduct of such aspiring Candidates and also never minding to question the enthusiasm of their Campaign manifestos.

But unfortunately, Mr Baguma is perhaps, not the type some people want.
He doesn't associate with rumors, sluts, blasphemy and so on.
These are the typical of Leaders we need!
Leaders who will add facelift to Arua City!
Leaders who will not tolerate obnoxious by-laws which will be passed in our City Council Hall.
Leaders who will not make Life become hell for our street vendors!
Leaders who will not enforce and abet ambigouse acts of impunity that will undermine humanity, at the same time suffocating and potraying our Youths languishing on the streets, as "Useless people who deserve to die".

In days to come, i will embark on analysing one after the other, these key visible ethics in Lawyer Baguma Saidy, who is aspiring on independent ticket for Division Mayor Arua City 2021 to 2026.

Parliament also urged Gov’t to provide additional Shs4Bn to UTB to engage international and national media houses in production of positive media stories for improved destination image, following reports of drop in number of tourists from US, Europe and China visiting Uganda.
