Exclusive; Mystery engulfs illegally interdicted Yumbe District RDC family, as there are plots to kidnap and assassinate his wife.

Information obtained from some impeccable sources indicate that there are fears to kidnap and assassinate the wife of Mr Andama Richard the illegally interdicted RDC Yumbe District who doubles as the chair of West Nile RDCs who was interdicted under unclear circumstances and without giving the reasons and specific offences he had committed as required by law.

It is now coming to four months but the office of the president went mute about the matter since 02 July 2020.

Although RDC Mr. Andama had petitioned the president as his appointing authority  to intervene in the matter since he believes the interdiction was not in good faith, malicious , ill intended and defamatory in nature just to tarnish his name and  good reputation for being one of the best performing RDCs in westnile region contrary to what was purported in his interdiction letter by secretary office of the president , He was rated the best media  personality, in disseminating and articulating NRM manifesto in the region.

However, the main agenda of those people plotting this evil plan is not yet clearly known at the moment, but some of the sources close to the family said that those behind the plot and interdiction have actually failed in their plan to push Mr. Andama out of Yumbe RDC  seat since the locals have vowed  not to accept any other RDC and also not happy with the DISO who is acting and also not to vote for NRM if they can't return their RDC to continue with his mobilization !

Nevertheless, the people of Yumbe are planning to organize massive protest in November to saw solidarity for their beloved RDC Mr. Andama whom they brand Abiriga 2 for his care, love and leadership style for the Yumbe people . The NRM cadres had already collected 15,000 signatures for their petition as they had announced in August.

Since the wife also works in Yumbe District, these gangs believe the wife could be leaking out their dirty plans with the mafias and how the locals are complaining as they are messing up affairs of the district including security since RDC is now in most cases staying in Arua or kampala. Eliminating her would leverage safety secret information since they are now working under fear. They now have tried to spy on her even up to her work place and residence .

It should be noted, for some good number of months now, a group of some people within RDC's office kept plotting and writing uncoordinated fake stories waged a psychological war of interdicting and sacking of the powerful RDC who has been rated the best by WHO in the covid_19 management in westnile region for his relentless work style and people centeredness in predominantly  refugee hosting district.

His interdiction took everyone by surprise , a cross section of people in westnile up to now couldn't believe the perpetrators and those who frustrate good leaders being cherished by the locals.

In fact Andama refused to officially hand over office for fear that those who plotted his interdiction were still within and would doctor and forge documents against him and frame him since the particular offences were not  adduced but this unlawful team went a head to cut their own stamp, broke the RDCs office, went and pulled his official vehicle from home by breaking into it all this was done by them. 

But the people of Yumbe have given the office of the president one month to expeditiously handle this mess or else live to witness, regret and attest to the out come thereafter since Yumbe is one of the sensitive Districts with yet too many untold stories.
