Stick weilding NRM Electoral Commission Chairperson Tanga Odoi now at the Dispensary Zone Polling Station in Sembabule after supporters of Shartsi Musherure refused to vote, alleging that Godfrey Aine Kaguta had imported voters from outside Sembabule. They have however so far failed to point out who the non-residents are among voters who have turned up to vote.
