Uganda- Germany Investment Symposium and Operation Wealth Creation Meeting at Muni University.

In partnership and to be managed by Muni University, this symposium will attract people from nothern Uganda, north-east DR Congo and South Sudan.

It will be held at Muni University on 8th and 9th of August 2019. The occasion will graced by the president of the republic of Uganda-General Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

In attendance were; the Minister of state for northern Uganda-Hon. Grace Kwiocwiny, the Maracha woman member of parliament-Hon. Ayaka Rose, the Vice chancellor Muni University-professor Christine Dranzoa, the vice chancellor-Associate professor Anguma, the assistant University secretary Muni, the regional chairman organising committee-Hon. Habib Tibirichu, Chairman chamber of commerce Arua-Atima Jackson and Members of the business community-Arua.

The presidential message was passed to members of the business community Arua.

What was key in this meeting was the fact that over 100 Germany investors will be coming to Arua on those two days and will have an interface with the business community. Those with investment proposals are therefore encouraged to submit them to the deputy vice chancellor administration and be present on those two days.

The key issue is transformation of Uganda's communities through commercial agriculture, Industrialisation, investment and infrastructural development through regional integration.

The main facilitators were the vice chancellor Muni University, the deputy vice chancellor and the chairman organising committee.

This symposium comes with huge benefits ad therefore we are encouraged to be present for the subsequent meetings and eventually attend the symposium.
