It is safe to say that most of us reading this, have not joined the armed forces (UPDF if you are in Uganda). So if you do not fall in that particular group of people, the law says your will MUST have the following things;
1. A signature or fingerprint of the maker on the will to show the will belongs to that person.
2. The signature or fingerprint must be put in such a way to show you meant to put it there to give authority (effect) to what you put in the will. (That you meant for that to be your will). If it is on a blank page of the will, then this will may be invalid.
3. Witnesses. Atleast 2 witnesses must sign your will. (You may need to make some friends, have relatives, or find a lawyer or LC of your area).
However, the law does allow you to sign when there is at least one witness, but you must still get the second one to sign too so the will can be valid.
