Former Chief Whip Ruth Nankabirwa demands that the defeated Speaker Rebecca Kadaga apologizes to President Museveni first if she is to be allowed to remain NRM 2nd National Vice Chairperson and CEC member. That her decision to stand as an independent shows she is indisciplined and ungrateful to Museveni who created the position of 2nd Vice Chairperson just to rehabilitate Kadaga many years ago after Mike Mukula defeated her to become the NRM vice chairman for Eastern region.
