THE GENESIS OF TURNING UGANDA PARLIAMENT OBSOLETE. Dear fellow Countrymen, Countrywomen, Africans and the Whole World, i am here encapsulating on a Noble Syndrome that needs the attention and active intervention of Everyone regardless of Religion, Skin Colour, Where you are, Tribe and so on. Noxious NRM / NRA ALNAKBA syndrome which has eaten mainly too, Our LEGCO. The First Grave mistake Our Uganda Parliamentarians made, was when they Accepted a Bribe of Ugandan Shillings Five Million each, to remove "TERM LIMITS" off the Mother Law of Uganda (1995 Constitution), leaving Uganda driving on a HandBrake. The Seventh Parliament MPs did this in 2005, paving a clear way for Rebel-Leader Turned a President, to become freakingly using Rubber Stamp Parliament for Dirty Missions and Laws. Along the sewage line too, was an unapproved send off of Ugandan Soldiers to go fight in War Ravaged Countries. We only saw Body of Our Brothers and Sisters being returned Home, in a Casket and i pray God to bless and protect those who are still in those War Zone Countries. The Freedom and Struggle which Mr Museveni claims to have stabilised Uganda, has instead Overturned some of Our MPs, Diplomats, High Rank Soldiers / Police and Ministers into White-Collar Thieves. As most of Our MPs have turned to play "Tit for Tat" methods With the Executive, over Poorly Oppressed Citizens, look what some Crooked MPs have done so far: On 13 April 2012, The Constitutional Court threw out, BUKONZO East MP Yokasi Bihande and was requested to refund all the Monies he has been Receiving, including Shs 10 Million Constituency Development Fund. The constitutional court has ordered the MP Bukonzo East Constituency Yokasi Bihande Bwambale to vacate the parliament premises with immediate effect. Bihande was convicted in 2012 on charges of embezzlement of shs20m and forging accountability for the said money. But since then (2012), the Chap defied Court Order. And On 29 Sept 2015, Court threw out BUKOTO MP Bwambale & he was ordered to refund all the Money he has been Receiving, but has since rejected to comply. Another One is, Junior State Minister for Water, Ronald Kibule, Who punched unconscious, a Female Security Guard at Centenary Bank, for requesting to check him (Ronald Kibule) before entering Centenary Bank, Contrary to What Kibule claimed to have Punched the female Security Guard for Abusing him. Social Media and Traditional Medias were awash with the Nova, sealing off both the Minister and Government in to a Panic mode. Since Eye Witnesses were somehow not much Considered, Concerning the Gravity of the matter, We were eagerly waiting for the CCTV video footage so as the Female Security Guard could get Justice, only to be surprised by Centenary Bank Management, with a Doctored CCTV Video footage after 4 Solid days of Hope. Only God Knows How far has Human Rights Organizations, Government, Court and Police have reached with the Investigations and Prosecutions of this Bully Buffon Kibule. Again on September 2016, When they were Investigating some of the People who have Grabbed part of UBC Land, Woman MP Margaret Muhanga was cited to be One of the Land Grabbers. When Questioned on the Source of her for Buying the Land, Margaret Muhanga, who is also a Sister to Andrew Mwenda, shocked the WORLD when, She claimed to have sold her Goats to raise Shs 10 billion to buy part of UBC Land. Commissioner of Inquiry, the Land Board, IGG and many other respective Investigation Agencies have turned mute on this Matter. Many People are still Laughing and Wondering, How would a Person Sold Mere Goats to raise Shs 10 billion?. How much is an Average Price of a Goat in Uganda?. Which is about Shs 155000 (50$). How many years does one think, Margaret Muhanga spent in Grazing her Goats?. Assume. How many Goats were in her Farm, by the Time he was about to Sale them?. Assume. How may Goats did her Sale?. Assume. Do your Mathematics and give the Answer in the Comment Box. May be, we are totally wrong and we don't know Mathematics, Comparison to Margaret Muhanga. Not to leave out, the So Called Freedom and Civilised Uganda under NRA ALNAKBA has empowered both the Government Officials / Workers and the Rich to the Extent, Life of the Poor Looks mean to them. The last "Tit for Tat" Trick between Ugandan MPs (Legislature) and Mr Museveni (Executive) drenched in to a deep Lake, when Mr Museveni Deceived the MPs to remove the "Age Limit" cap off the Constitution and at the same time, he will reward them by adding 2 plus more years on to their Parliamentary Terms, making it to 5 years + 2years = 7 years (which is One Term), and it was eventually overturned by Court (Judiciary) making it as the last Bribery, Tit for Tat, Threatening and Conning Ploy between these Two Institutions (Executive & Legislature), which were Once greatly Respectful Adore and Recognized and now turned in to a Mockery, Laughing stock and an Arena for Political Lappers and Prostitutes. In Uganda, Every October is called, "Constitutional Month" and As an Endeavor, in the Whole of October, i will mainly be Writing about the various Laws of Uganda, which many people assume it is Protecting Ugandans with their Properties and yet most of the Laws are just masquerading as a mere License.
