We currently have the following position available: JOB SUMMARY Enters Production data and Indirect data into the Labor Management System (LMS). Analyzes associates’ daily activities to identify and correct issues with data transmission, incorrect transferring of associates, and Indirect requests that do not fit into the time slot as requested. Generates reports and creates assignments in LMS. Stores all raw data per directives. Interacts with Supervisors to ensure issues are resolved. This position requires a high level of sensitivity and accuracy of productivity. JOB KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of Windows based applications and spreadsheet software (Excel, Lotus 123, Access, etc), ability to work with limited supervision, ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and ability to keep confidentiality. Minimum formal education : High school graduate or equivalent or related experience. Minimum job skills required : Good communication skills, good attention to detail, good analytical skills, strong organizational skills, knowledge of Distribution Center (DC) internal operations and procedures desired, knowledge of WMS. Minimum experience required : One year related business experience with PC experience preferred.
